ABOUT CARDSBBSR

Council for All Round Development of Society (CARDS) was established in the year 1986 with the the initiative of a group of professionals from various disciplines committed to different fields of social welfare with the conviction.

That no one should suffer from poverty, malnutrition, ill health, disease, hunger, atrocities and disaster etc. being deserted, illiterate, unskilled, unemployed, underprivileged, exploited or deprived of the high for of the right for self.
That the fraternity, harmony and integrity of the nation should be ensured despite all sorts of diversity in the society.

That there should be equal opportunity for all and the women, the children, the elderly, the disabled, the economically and socially backward people should deserve a special concerns for their self-determination, well-being, upliftment and the rehabilitation.
That the development of the society can be insured by promoting the values of self help, mutual help and through a planned utilization of human, natural and cultural resources.

To ensure effective service delivery system for the helpless and needy persons through appropriate measures for their upliftment, rehabilitation and reintegration into the Society.

To translate our goal into reality certain objectives has been spelt out by CARDS in the Memorandum of Association and maximum efforts have been taken to bring out these objectives into reality.

HELP THE SLUM CHILDREN

Support the slum children of India with a helping hand.

Let us see a bright future for every helpless slum children with what ever contribution we can for their better education and rehabilitation helping them lead a dignified life without falling pray to any kind of exploitation and substance abuse.

WHAT WE DO

We are there

We are always there to help needy people. No matter whether it is a natural disaster ,any one who has been deserted at their old age ,who needs to develop his skill for his self reliance.

Skill Development Training

We provide skill development training to the unemployment youth and women for their self employment and economic self reliance.

Service to the Elderly people.

We provide free accommodation ,nutrition and medical treatment facilities for the helpless old age persons who have been deserted by their family or there is no one to take care of them through our Old Age Homes functioning at Khurda district of Odisha..

Treatment and rehabilitation services for the drug abuser.

We provide free treatment and rehabilitation services for the drug abusers for their detoxification and mainstreaming through our IRCAs functioning at Puri and and Rayagada district of Odisha.

Out reach and awareness activities

We provide awareness and out reach services for the alcohol abusers for tribal people in Rayagada district of Odisha for their treatment and mainstreaming.
